House Rules

Renters must be 25 or older. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50. Contact Taylor for a spare if needed. Quiet Hours: If you are outside after 10 pm please keep voices down and music low. The property is monitored for decibel levels to ensure that the neighbors are not disturbed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. Smoking is not permitted at the property. The property is monitored for smoke. Violations of this rule may incur a fee of $250. Pets: Up to 1 pet is allowed and it must be authorized prior to your stay. There is a fee of $50 per pet. Violations of this rule will incur a fee of $100 per pet. Pet waste must be removed/cleaned prior to departure. Cleaning supplies are provided for indoor accidents and are located under the kitchen sink. The cost of damages may be passed along to the guest. Please keep your dogs leashed when outside for the safety of your pets and our neighbors. The house has a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet (no feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels, etc.). Costs associated with septic system services resulting from rules violations may be passed on to the guest.

Guest Access

Guests will be provided with a 4-digit code for the lockbox containing the key for the front door. The code will be sent several days before check-in. All rooms in the house are accessible to guests. Several bins in the basement are locked and will not be accessible to guests. The wood stove is not currently safe for use. The shed outdoors is not accessible to guests.

If you’re searching for a serene getaway, Claire's cabin is an absolute gem. I spent two weeks there with my dog, and it was the perfect refuge to destress and recharge. The cabin is nestled in a super quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for relaxation. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a few amenities nearby, though I didn’t take full advantage of them during my stay. I enjoyed a couple of nature walks in No. Conway and Madison, NH, both of which are just a half-hour drive away. The cabin is very cozy and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. I felt right at home immediately. Taylor was remarkable. He was attentive and genuinely concerned about my comfort throughout my stay. It was clear that he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend Claire's cabin enough. I look forward to returning soon when the weather is a bit warmer to take advantage of the fire pit and screen porch!

We loved it here! It was a cozy getaway in the snow. The place was spotless, so clean. The coffee bar set up was very helpful and appreciated!! Rosie’s for breakfast is a must, we liked it so much we went twice.

We had such a wonderful time! There’s nothing quite like sipping coffee while taking in those incredible forest views. Taylor was an amazing host—you can really tell he goes above and beyond for his guests. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

We had an amazing stay with Taylor. He was very responsive-and the house was perfectly what we imagined by the pictures. It was definitely worth what we paid and would 10/10 go back. Only thing we wish we would have known before we had spent a night there was to bring bottled water and not to use the tap.

Cozy place and a great location. Only 20 min or so to Conway. The common space and kitchen are modern and well -equipped. Main Bedroom is cozy, second bedroom is more of a sleeping nook where you can squirrel away with a book under the fluffy duvets. The mini-splits keep the space nice and toasty on even the coldest NH winter nights. Overall- would stay again.

Perfect for our base for our winter hiking trip! Coming back to a clean, warm and cozy cabin was essential after long days in the mountains, as was being able to wash and dry gear. If we’d had more down time we’d have definitely enjoyed the games and tv. We were a 30 minute drive from Conway which I wish we’d had more time to explore, but we had an amazing breakfast at the Organic Market and plan to try out the Nordic sauna next time! Shopping from antiques to REI for any gear needs.

A great place to escape to the White Mountains - especially during the winter! The location is excellent, with ski resorts nearby as well as other activities and restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and private, and everything looks beautiful covered in snow. The house is very cozy and extremely well equipped, perfect for enjoying a lazy winter morning, cooking a cozy dinner after a day in the snow, or even spending the whole day there. I can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was super cozy and perfect for me and my wife. Taylor was quick to respond to messages and has been an awesome host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would love to stay again if we get a chance, and would absolutely recommend this place to others as well!
