House Rules

Renters must be 25 or older. Quiet Hours: If you are outside after 11 pm please keep voices down and music low. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the deck. Violations of this rule may incur a fee of $250. Trash Removal: All trash that goes to the outside bins must be bagged. The trash company charges $25 if trash is loose, and that fee may be passed on to the guest. Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed and they must be disclosed in your reservation before your stay. There is a fee of $50 per pet. Violations of this rule will incur a fee of $100 per pet. Pet waste must be removed/cleaned prior to departure. The cost of damages caused by pets may be passed along to the guest. Please keep your dogs leashed when outside for the safety of your pets and our neighbors. Bunk bed / slack line / hot tub agreement There are inherent risks associated with some of the offerings at the property, including the bunk beds, slack line, and the hot tub (planned for July installation). By booking, the guest acknowledges that they do so at their own risk. The Host is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from property usage, including but not limited to slips, falls, or adverse health effects. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety. If you leave something and want it returned to you, a $45 handling fee will be assessed in addition to the cost of shipping. This is to pay our cleaner to bring the item(s) to Plymouth where the closest UPS/FedEx store is located. If the Manager/owner is called out for a rules violation a fee of up to $250 may be applied along with immediate check-out without refund.

One kitchen cabinet is reserved for supplies. A bathroom closet is designated for storage. Other than these small areas, please enjoy every part of the home and make yourself comfortable! Taylor was very responsive and answered promptly during our check in and the rest of our stay. The house was clean, beautiful and well insulated for the winter. There were some vwry pretty hiking trails near by. The area around is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this house for a stay!

Taylor was a great host! He was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. The house was so peaceful and tidy. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend away in the mountains! Hot tub was clean and projector worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this stay!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely national forest setting. It’s also comfortable and fun for all, with puzzles and books, a giant tv projection screen, a foosball game, and a children’s room with bunkbeds and giant moveable foam cushions that create all kinds of slides and forts. The kitchen is very well appointed, and we enjoyed cooking all our meals there. When we arrived, the house was still set for air conditioning, but we needed heat, and the host was immediately apologetic and determined to help us as quickly as possible. He seems like a really good guy! When we packed up to leave, my grandchildren asked if we could move the children’s room into our home in Virginia. That’s high praise!

Thank you for hosting us well, Taylor. We had a great family time. The place was clean, well equipped, had lots of things to do, also for kids. Taylor was very responsive when we had any question and is also a very flexible host. The property is also located just by the corner from a very popular trail in the White mountains, we decided to hike the trail and loved it.

The house is located in a nice private area and has a great yard, deck, and amenities to really help you enjoy your stay. Close to activities like golf, hiking trails, kayaking (Waterville Valley), and restaurants in Waterville, Lincoln, Campton, and Thornton. A great place for a getaway that can be private but close to activities during the day.

Taylor has done an excellent job cultivating a space that encourages familial reconnection. There was plenty of space for our family to stretch out on the large kitchen table to share in some of the games available at the Airbnb. All the amenities were exactly as described, making for an easy weekend away from home. If we were to come back to Thornton, this would be our first pick again. The host was also very responsive, answering quickly with exactly the information we needed.
