House Rules

Quiet Hours Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. Noise detection devices and outdoor security cameras are used to ensure this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. Any fines issued by the town will be passed on to the guest. Smoking Smoking is not permitted at the property. Violating this rule may incur a fee of up to $250. Pets Up to 2 pets are allowed. They must be disclosed in your reservation and a standard $50 fee per pet applies. Violating this rule may result in a fee of $100 per pet. Pet waste must be removed/cleaned before your departure. Cleaning supplies are provided for indoor accidents and are located under the kitchen sink. Please keep your dogs leashed when outside. Hot Tub Agreement By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The Host is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from hot tub usage, including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, allergic reactions, or adverse health effects. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety. The hot tub is on a service schedule to deliver the feature in guest-ready condition. Service costs and repairs associated with the negligent use of the hot tub may be passed on to the guest. Documentation will be provided by the host in that scenario. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match the number of guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. Up to 6 guests are allowed and extra guests up to a count of 6 will not incur additional fees. Tampering with any of the security technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. The cost of property damage not specifically mentioned in these rules may be passed along to the guest. Documentation will be provided by the host in accordance with the Airbnb policies. If you leave something, there is a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If the Manager/owner is called out for a rules violation, a $250 fee may be applied along with immediate check-out without refund.

My daughter & I had a perfect & relaxing 3 nights there during her spring break. We’ve been going to that area regularly for years, staying in hotels, but always miss our dog, this solved that! The house was exactly as the pictures show & had everything we needed. We only used 2 of the bedrooms, but both of those beds were incredibly comfortable. Sitting in a hot tub while it was snowed was a first. The location couldn’t be better (bonus for being able to walk to Dunkin). All around just great. We’re already looking for dates to come back in the summer. Thanks Taylor!

Beyond satisfied with our stay. Comfortable, quiet, and had all the perfect amenities for a birthday ski trip. Taylor was our favorite host, and my girlfriend and I travel on a regular basis. We’ll be back!

Second time staying here this winter and it was again a 10/10 experience! Super cozy home only a few minutes from Loon with a hot tub that was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Taylor’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is great, walkable to many shops and restaurants and a quick drive to a ton of hiking and outdoor adventures. We felt right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and the most comfortable beds! The backyard was the best part! The fire pit and hot tub were amazing. When a snowstorm blew in back home, Taylor was quick to respond and extended our visit for another night. I would recommend this spot to anyone and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally comfortable, clean, had lots of extras and was a short (minutes) drive to Loon for easy skiing access. Taylor and his team were organized, responsive, accommodating and even gave us lots of great local recommendations. Would absolutely stay again!

I think they coined "super host" after Taylor. Super friendly, helpful, responsive. Place was immaculate. I asked if I could stay longer, he had other guests coming in, offered discounted options on super awesome houses. helped me try to find an Ice Fishing guide, I just cant say enough. Thank you sir!
