House Rules

Quiet Hours Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. Noise detection devices and outdoor security cameras are used to ensure this rule is followed. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without a refund. Any fines issued by the town will be passed on to the guest. Smoking Smoking is not permitted at the property. Violating this rule may incur a fee of up to $250. Pets Up to 2 pets are allowed. They must be disclosed in your reservation and a standard $50 fee per pet applies. Violating this rule may result in a fee of $100 per pet. Pet waste must be removed/cleaned before your departure. Cleaning supplies are provided for indoor accidents and are located under the kitchen sink. Please keep your dogs leashed when outside. Hot Tub Agreement By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The Host is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from hot tub usage, including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, allergic reactions, or adverse health effects. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety. The hot tub is on a service schedule to deliver the feature in guest-ready condition. Service costs and repairs associated with the negligent use of the hot tub may be passed on to the guest. Documentation will be provided by the host in that scenario. No unregistered guests without prior approval. Guest count in reservation must match the number of guests in the property. If you wish to have visitors or wish to add additional guests to your group, please let us know. Up to 6 guests are allowed and extra guests up to a count of 6 will not incur additional fees. Tampering with any of the security technology in the home will result in immediate check-out without refund. The cost of property damage not specifically mentioned in these rules may be passed along to the guest. Documentation will be provided by the host in accordance with the Airbnb policies. If you leave something, there is a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. If the Manager/owner is called out for a rules violation, a $250 fee may be applied along with immediate check-out without refund.

Taylor truly went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought he puts into his place and his guests’ experience. The home had everything we needed and then some—comfortably stocked, welcoming, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how incredibly helpful Taylor was without us ever having to ask. When the weather turned bad and it rained and iced over, he took it upon himself to help with the driveway and made sure we were safe and taken care of. He also gave fantastic local suggestions that made our stay even better. I genuinely cannot brag enough about how accommodating and kind Taylor was. This is a place I will gladly stay at again and recommend time and time again to anyone visiting the area. An absolute gem of a host and a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The apartment had everything necessary, making us feel right at home. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Taylor’s place was fantastic. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. Family loved the tree with lights for the holiday. Played some of the board games each night. Everyone had a great time going into the hot tub after a day of skiing. The house is very close to the ski mountain. Supermarket and restaurants also right down the road. Taylor super responsive to any questions I had. Snow removal was rapid. This was an excellent home!

We arrived Christmas Eve to a beautifully lit Christmas tree in the living room! It was THE best! We quickly placed our presents underneath! Very warm and cozy home! Close to Loon Mountain for a Christmas day of skiing and a nighttime of relaxing at his home. We had a wonderful and memorable stay.!

My family stayed here just before Thanksgiving to enjoy some early winter hiking. This was a perfect place to stay. The hot tub was great in the evening. Taylor is a great host.

I will be 100% book this Airbnb again! The area is absolutely beautiful with Mountain View’s all around. It’s super close to a grocery store and gas stations. It’s also off of a main road but is super quiet and peaceful. The overall house was very clean and matched the description. There is also plenty of beds too! I loved that it was also dog friendly which was a big plus and one of the main reasons I booked. The hot tub was also clean and very relaxing. Taylor was very responsive and very nice! If you haven’t booked…. What are you waiting for?!?

Taylor's super power is communication! Oh and hospitality! This was the best experience we've had at a b&b thanks to him! When Taylor learned we'd be cooking a good sized turkey on Thanksgiving he researched his oven and learned that ours may not fit so he purchased and set up a countertop turkey oven for us! He checked in on us just the right amount and made us feel welcome and special. Can't thank him enough! The house is just as described, clean and functional. Hot tub was absolutely perfect after a day on Loon, our kids were comfortable each with their own space and our dog made himself at home. We highly recommend Taylor and his property!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this charming home! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, hiking trails, and all the White Mountain attractions. The hot tub was the highlight after a long day exploring the Flume Gorge. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again
